Default Cluster swap

I'm working on on of my trucks and the tach quit today. I did a cluster test and sure enough the tach needle doesn't move. The truck is a 2001. I have a good cluster from a 99 I parted out. Will there be any issue with putting the 99 cluster in the 01 truck? I'm aware of the mileage difference which I will document.

When I did this my dealer programmed the Cluster with the correct mileage. Too them a few hours but it was worth it as I didn't know how to document it. Now some people claim their dealers so they can't but my local one did a few months ago.
