Default Double din in 2nd gen

Has anyone put in a double din stereo in a 99 ram if so can you give input and pictures please! Thanks.

I looked at that a while ago. There is a youtube guy that cut a hole in his bezel and then contoured it with autobody filler. I think he just used scrap metal to make brackets to hold the unit in. I still have a factory one, but the front speakers aren't working... wiring looks ok... so I'm in the market for a used working factory unit...

Yes depending on the size you have to cut. I am putting an 8in Alpine with eagle view in my truck.

In not finished yet with it some mechanical problems got in the way. If your truck is a 95-97 you will lose the ashtray and cigarette lighter, 98-01 you'll have to watch not to cut the vents. I plan on doing a write up when I'm done

I've got one in mine, never got around to finishing the bezel though. The parts I finished I used abs and acetone
