Default Abs light

I have a beloved 95 1500 that was stolen from me about a year ago. Got it back not long after. Missing a lot of course. In the process of getting it back on the road. It's been sitting for about 8 months, other than starting it and moving it a small amount every once in a while, and the abs light is on and the pedal goes to the floor. Fluid is full. Where should I look for a fix?

Not sure why the abs light is on, perhaps just a sensor. But if you're not building pressure and also not losing fluid, you likely have an internal leak in the master cylinder.

did you do any brake work to it since you got it back? if the pedal is going to the floor you generally have a leak or there is air in the system. it would probably be best to re bleed the brakes and see if that helps.

Sounds like you have a broken line. Keep pumping the pedal and see if you see fluid on the ground. The line next to the gas tank has a history of rusting out and bursting. It will set off the abs light.
