I just bought a 2k 1500 with the 5.9 in it, the previous owner had installed one of those dash cover kits, but the switches and radio kinda rattled around like they hadn’t put stuff together right, so I popped the covers off and found that the instrument panel under the dash that everything bolts/clips to is in a million pieces.

Every where I am searching shows that part is discontinued. How can I find a replacement?

Junkyard is likely going to be your best bet. Or, check craigslist for someone parting one out.
