Default unresponsive vent door control

The good news is, I'm pretty much out of the heavy work - looking at nuisance items that aren't safety and drive-ability items. I noticed no matter where I put the mode selector, its always the defrosters and a little on the floor. So I was all ready to start chasing down vacuum lines, then I saw (see picture).... Somebody went POSTAL on that actuator. Thinking there may be a vacuum leak in that bundle wrapped up with weird foam.

Guess its another trip to the jyard this week. You know you're having a bad time when the counter guy recognizes you. The good is, I know exactly which truck and where it is in the yard that is going to give up the goods - and the dash and column is already gone. I think I'm taking ALL the plastic left hanging on that firewall.

I wish I could get to my junkyard but time first allow it. If you could can you get me that rubber piece that goes on the cowl? I'll pay a reasonable price for it

Sure, I can grab the one I had in my hands this past week. However, since the prices in your area, is basically stealing stuff here, I'm not confident what you would define as reasonable PM me and we'll work it out.

This recent acquisition should cover any parts I need... Really easy to get these out, when someone else has already gone to the trouble of removing the dash
