Default Ignition Switch Questions

How does the accessory circuit and the run circuit work for the ignition switch? I'm adding a secondary fuse box and need those to wires for the accessories. According to the FSM there is no protection. So could I just tap into the wires at the ignition switch? I did already tap into then to run some things but don't know if I should use a relay or whatever. (I'm bored and been meaning to install it for a while.
Thanks, Austin

Looks like both are fed from fuse 3 in the PDC. The "run" side is also fed from fuse 2 in the PDC. Fuse 2 feeds fuses 14, 15, 16, 2, and CB1. (circuit breaker 1, I assume that's power windows.) Fuse three feeds fuse 5-8, they are the only fuses that are hot in accessory position. They are still fed thru fuse 3 in run position as well.

Ok I'll have to sit down and figure this out by mapping it out. Thanks! If I come up with something or need more help I'll post here.
