Ball joint recommendation
What ball joints are you guys running I know what I used before that have lasted but just looking for opinions. I am running larger tires (37s) so anyone running larger tires please orp down your brands/experiences. I am not on my 3rd Moog (ran factory tires before the 37s and they went bad with stock tires). I only plan on getting a year out of them due to the larger tires. It's a my "mut" truck. 2001 Ram 2500 with 96 1500 axles. It always seems to be the uppers.
thanks!

Stock spicers are always a good choice. Im running Raybestos chassis grade BJ's though i dont know if they are available any longer. You can also try looking for Raybestos Pro grade. They are built like the synergy BJ's with the sintered metal ball. I have about 4 years on mine right now running 37's too.

XRF here on 35's for about 50k miles, one upper was shot the other 3 still tight. Replaced for free under lifetime warranty. I don't think they are really any better than any other brand out there. FWIW I tend to go pretty easy on my stuff, avoid potholes etc where I can...

The tie rods I removed this week, look like Mopar OE - no zerks, no cotters, and a long hex section above the thread. Still tight. 180k miles on the truck. Can't tell about the ball joints, but they look like they've been in there forever. I think you'll need a friend at the dealership to afford them though.

I believe upper and lower joints are McQuay-Norris that I purchased from http://www.springsnthings.com/ - so far, so good.
