Will a snap on scanner show the fuel pressure readings for this model year?

Ended up being a broken rotor. Replaced distributor cap and rotor and she fired up.

LOL. Sometimes we overlook the truly easy stuff. Although, given where the distributor is on these trucks, not sure if 'easy' is really the right word.
