Default Issues need Thoughts on

2001 Ram 2500 5.9L V8
I have a few issues that I would appreciate some help on guys!
1. I found a complete dual exhaust kit (true duals) do both sides need O2 sensors? It only has O2 sensors on the passenger side.
2. I have warm heat when I let off the gas but as soon as I hit the gas it goes back to being hot. 180° thermostat amount temperature was 30°F. It stay hot at 55mph so it's not over cooling. Check antifreeze level it was full
3. I can't find the right size plastic retainers for the door panels. I used some from Auto zone but now the top of the panel is loose. Is this common? It's like the plastic retainers have to much stress on them?
4. My driver's side door vibrates when hitting a bump almost like it's not fully latched but it is. For does sag even after I installed new pins and bushings. It also looks like the latch is aligned (had to do that when changing the door.
Finally 5. I have a nose coming from under the hood almost like a metal heat shield vibrating but it's coming from the front of the engine. Does the clutch fan make that kind of noise when failing? Also if you smell right by the grill lit smells like burnt popcorn. No wires are damaged and there is no smoke anywhere.
Thanks guys for the help and sorry to bombard you but want to try and get these sorted before the snow actually falls.

1. PCM only has provisions for one pre-cat, and one post-cat O2 sensor. So, that's all you need.
2. You still have an air pocket in the heater core.
3. Take one that works to a local body shop. They can get you more
4. Not sure on that one.....
5. If you can get it to make the noise while sitting still, go diggin'.

I thought maybe air pocket but it seems to have disappeared....for now. Body shop was a no go. Might try clips and fasteners.com. noise will do it at an idle so I may look into it or wait until whatever it is breaks. My logic is: Don't know what it is, wait until it breaks and you will!

Is it true duel? two pipes out the back?(not before the rear tires) I was looking for one but seems no one made a complete true duel out the back. Do you have a link?

It's a kit offered by a not so local exhaust shop $650 for all stainless steel. But yes true duals as in to mufflers, two cats, two pipes they never go into one, and two pipes out the back.

Just thought I'd give you guys an update.
1. Got the Stainless Steel Exhaust installed and everything fit and I welded it. Sounds amazing!
2. Didn'do it anymore. But I think I might need a new alternator as with everything on at night volts drop to the middle. Maybe they is why it didn't feel as hot.
3-5. Unsolved yet. Went to the body shops and got the "That's so old we don't carry them anymore" speech.

3. I had that same problem. Found some plastic retainers from parts store, but they were slightly too small so they didn't hold the panel that well. Got tired of funking with them when the passenger side panel fell off, and I couldn't open the door! So off goes the panels and plastic retainers went to bin. Then I drilled some 7 or 8 holes on a door bigger to accept M5 nutserts. There are something like 10 to 12 retainers, but I figured a few bolts will hold the panel just fine. Then I drilled small holes to panels, just big enough that 5mm allen head screwdriver goes trough. Panels are pita to mount now, but at least they don't fall off anymore

I don't think you could use them as you would never be able to remove the door panel. I know Jeeps used that type
