Exclamation Clutch Problem

Clutch still fully engages just at the floor and disengages at the last second before you take your foot off the pedal. Pedal has barely any pressure. The clip for the pedal is still there and there are no leaks in the slave cylinder or on drivers floor board. What could it be?

See how far, and when.... the plunger on the slave cylinder moves as you push the clutch down. (takes two people. That is, if you can even see it.....)

Might be as simple as a blown slave or master.
