Default Tranny problems.

Have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 sport,5.2l, with 46re transmission. Tranny is stuck in first, rpm revs high. Replaced governor pressure solenoid, governor pressure sensor, and output speed sensor. Still having problems. Won't upshift and revs high. Any ideas

Getting any codes? Since you already changed the electronics, if there aren't any codes, it's likely time for a rebuild.

In the service manual there is a section that gives you some possible causes: valve body malfunction, governor valve damaged, front servo/kick down band damaged.

I adjusted the throttle cable. Able to get into second letting foot off gas. Could it be the tps sensor?

Possibly. TPS has a fair few failure modes that won't set a code....... Take it to the parts store, have them plug in with their scanner, and read the live data the sensor is sending to the PCM. Does it bear any relation to what you are actually DOING with the pedal?
