Default Help! Hub Assembly
I have a 99 dakota 2wd I replaced the front right hub assembly now if the wheel isn't tightened down it spins fine but when you tighten up it barely spins I don't understand what's causing this y'all have any tips?

Check the brake caliper. Likely seized on its guides.
