While it's not all that useful for someone like myself who has a really old 2nd gen, I thought I'd mirror it for anyone that finds this after the download link expires. Plus I shaved 10mb off by putting it in a zip file
Took me 10mins to download it on 512k DSL. But I was pulling 84 down on a different download at the same time. [8D] Took around 30 mins. to upload it.
