I Threw a new ECT sensor in last night and when I cold started the truck this morning it was back to running normal.
ECT is definitely something to check or replace if your trucks running rough on cold starts.

Swapped the sensor in mine for a new one. I found that the connector has begun to vibrate itself apart. So now I need to replace it.
I can confirm that Engine Temp Sensor is definitely what caused my loaping too.
