Default Intake/Plenum Bolts

Would anyone happen to know the sizes for the intake and plenum bolts? My google foo is failing me.

You can re-use the plenum bolts, just cut the nibs on the end off.

If you really want new ones, just take one of each to your local hardware store, and match 'em up. It is important that the plenum bolts be a bit shorter than stock though, if you plan to re-use the steel plenum plate.

When the gasket failed on my intake in my '99, I made my own aluminum plate (1/4" thick) (I have my own machine shop at home). I just bought some longer Dorman screws to replace the originals. The thread is 6mm.

Yes, 6 x 1.0. I used a little Loctite on them too.

I plan on having a shop cut the plate for me. I am not as lucky to have my own shop.

I wanted to get everything together before I tore everything apart.

I went to the junkyard and grabbed another intake. Prepped that one, and had everything ready to go when I pulled mine. Made it a simple swap. (except for the broken bolts.....)
