Default Testing fuel pump

2001 2500 5.9 v8 magnum with 46re trans
A minute or two after starting my truck and letting it idle it will sound like it wants to stall and then surge. Does this a few times then stops.
Was thinking fuel pump, esp. since I occasionally get a misfire. Fuel pressure gauge fluctuates around 48 psi(needle shakes between 44 and 50)but if I shut it down and start her up the needle fluctuates back and forth between 20 psi and 50 for half a sec.
New map, iac, crank sensor and tps. Thoughts?

As soon as you turn the key to on it should go up to 49, Sounds like it's time for new one.
