Default Lower radiator support crossmember

hello i have a 1998 dodge ram 1500 i recently hit a telephone pole with and it pushed the passenger radiator support inward and i was curious if its possible to replace that entire support i already know how to take the radiator out and the top support but im unsure if i can replace the bottom portion it doesnt look like it bolts on it looks like its welded into place

If it isn't crushed too much you can probably pull it back out. log chains, a heavy come along, & a tree should do it. I've done this type of repair a few times. Saves trying to weld in a new header panel.

The whole rad support bolts out. I picked up just the top cross member for $10 at the local pic-n-pull because the hood bumpers on mine were frozen with corrosion. Would be pretty easy to get it all of it.
