Default Defrosters not blowing hard enough

Noticed that my right defrosters don't blow as much air as the left side two. The vent that blows on the window on the right side doesn't blow any air that I can feel. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I took a part the dash to see what the problem could be, but I haven't. Tried blowing some air down the vents, still didn't do anything.
My truck is 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 L 4x4

Actuator (that's what it's called I think) or blocked vents

Do you know what they would look like? And where at? Or are you talking about the blend door? If so then mine is working I also checked it

It's the mechanism they control it yes. If you are sure that it's not cracked then it's a blocked or disconnected vent

Yes it’s not cracked, but I’ll tear a part the dash and see if it’s clogged

If the blower motor was going bad the left two wouldn't have as much airflow, so it has to be one of the two I mentioned earlier.
