Yeah I’ve always done it like that and had no problems, now I’m second guessing myself before I do it to my own truck! Also the gaskets, what side goes against intake? And what are these rubber pieces that came with the kit?

As far as I know, as long as the gaskets line up it shouldn't matter what side goes to the manifold. The little rubber pieces go on the front and back under the intake manifold. Put some rtv on the ends before you put them in. They can sometimes move around when installing.

Can I start truck as soon as I get it back together or should I wait for sealer to seal?

None on the head only on the 4 corners where the intake goes.

Suppose to give it an hour but I didn't.

Just under the corners of the rubber gaskets, and I'd wait about an hour to start it to let the rtv set

I finished putting it back together, the check engine light is on because I accidentally pulled wires out of coolant sensor in engine. Now the truck sometimes gives me problems starting. Also the upper radiator hose is getting so hot you can barely touch it? And when I barely tap the gas it revs up more than I am applying! Here’s a video below, is this normal for throttle body to sound like it’s sucking so much with so little applied?

The trouble starting is because if the coolant sensor. Resistor house is getting hot because you still have air in the system or that could be normal. Bad throttle position sensor. You have a bad gasket somewhere that is sucking in air

I cleaned the throttle body with with throttle body cleaner and a light brush, when I spray brake clean around throttle body no change in engine sound. Also spray around intake and nothing changes either. Wouldn’t a bad tps throw a code?

Most certainly. If you do replace it it has to be a Mopar unit only. Get the check engine light read. I think it's personally a bad air intake gasket or it isn't on properly. I didn't watch the video as I'm at work. So I'm taking a guess, once I watch it I'll come back in with that it is/what I think it is.
