Most certainly. If you do replace it it has to be a Mopar unit only. Get the check engine light read. I think it's personally a bad air intake gasket or it isn't on properly. I didn't watch the video as I'm at work. So I'm taking a guess, once I watch it I'll come back in with that it is/what I think it is.

Check the vacuum lines going to the firewall. They break very easily. Now that you fixed the plenum, the computer will have to learn where to adjust the IAC valve. A new NTK O2 sensor would be a good idea after everything you fixed.
