Default Wait To Start Light Assembly?

Looking for the wait to start light assembly part number or an actual name for it. I guess it has a few other lights on that board than the wait to start but I'm unsure on which ones they are. Heres a picture so everyone can know what I'm talking about. Its the board circled at the Botton of the picture. Thanks

Any 94 - 97 cummins diesel. Doing a 4bt cummins swap into my 1500, but using a Diesel engine/trans harness and computer. All other wiring harnesses, like the interior and the harness that runs towards the rear were generally the same, at least on the 94 and 95 pickups. Just needing to find that circuit board for those lights so the computer can activate the grid heater and if anything else important found on the diesels.

BTW, defiantly going to have pictures of the swap coming, just got the V8 out today, now need to get the motor mounts made for it.

AFAIK the board is part of the heater controls and does not have a part number of its own. This might help though:
