Yep. Very glossy, and a smooth finish as well. However, it is NOT UV resistant, so, over time, if it is exposed to sunlight, it will oxidize, to an extent. Basically forms a white powder on the surface, and isn't quite so shiny.

Don't they have a top coat like por15?

I believe you can paint over it with anything you like. Might need to scuff the surface a bit first though. (yeah, good luck with that....... )

I think manufacturer suggests you can prime/paint over it when its tacky...

See POR15 has that tough base coat and then they give you a top cost to make it UV resistant
