Truck died at stoplight. Will crank but wont start

If the IAC is simply bad, and that's the ONLY problem, just stepping on the gas a bit while cranking should get it to fire off. If you aren't hearing the fuel pump run, that is not a good sign. So, try cranking with your foot into the gas a bit, if it still doesn't start, need to check fuel pressure.
