Default Is my Truck lifted?!?!

Stock height?

Three inch block in the rear. Is that oem?

The front strut

Front coil
I currently have a 1996 Dodge ram 1500 4 x 4 manual. I am looking to add a leveling kit but I am curious will it lift the back at all, because there is an extra block in the kit that’s supposed to Lift the rear an inch and a spacer is supposed to lift the front 2.5” .The rear block is currently 3 inches, is that stock? Or did someone add that in the back? Thank you everyone for your time.

That is all stock! A leveling kit should only lift the front
