Default New headlight buls acting up

I just put so Sylvania ZXE bulbs (halogen xenon) in and when I turned them on, the high beam indicator would stay on whether I had them on high or low. The beams themselves would change, but I also noticed when they were on low the beam looked yellowish and on high it looked white. They're supposed to be white all the time (at least from the reviews). Also, my fog lights would not work at all. I put my old bulbs back in and everything was fine.
Wondering if there could be something with these bulbs I need to do different with my relay or wiring that the original setup doesn't like about them. Also my fog lights are led's.

Just need to swap a couple wires on your connectors.
