Howdy all,

I have an 02 2nd Gen Ram 2500 4X. I have a high beam issue on the PS. Lights are Dual filament hi/lo single bulb and colored side marker/signal bulb.

Truck was a Game & Fish truck and when they took out the computer tree and the red an blues, they of course got happy cutting wires.

I have no high beam on the passenger side and the light goes out when I activate the switch. The driver's side functions fine.

I need to track down the wire for the high beam but don't know what color it is.

Thoughts?

I guess I should have said I am exceptionally inept with electrical. Could take the truck apart and put it back together except for wiring....LOL

I have 3 choices: red, what I think is black and the 3rd wire is purple or violet.

 

Left:
Violet - Power
Red with Orange Strip - High Beam
Violet with White Tracer - Low Beam

Right:
Violet with Red Strip - Power
Red with Orange Strip - High Beam
Violet with White Tracer - Low Beam
