So here's what happened. After replacing the ignition switch, I now had power via the black/white wire to fuses 5,6,7 but still no signals/wipers. HOWEVER, I retraced my steps and found that the "turn signal flashing relay" (round mini tin can fuse below hazard relay) was now making a little clicking sound but no turn signals. I went a grabbed the old one (made by Wagner, new one was Chinese junk) threw it back in and BANG!!! Turn signals, wipers and radio works!!!! I just have to run down the no dash lights issue and the BIG RED BEAST will be ready to go to inspection!! THANKS FOR EVERYONE'S HELP!!
