Default HVAC Control Question

Have any of you had to replace the control head for the HVAC? My vent controls stopped working yesterday. I checked all of the vacuum lines, replaced the check valves last year with factory new ones, replaced the stepper motor sleeve with the Heater Treater sleeve and checked the vacuum at the port connection located under the dash (it had enough vacuum to suck my finger to the port). Thinking the control head may be bad. A/C is kicking on, mirror defrost works fine so i'm pretty sure it's not a fuse. Just won't move the to upper vents from the floor vents/defrost vents.

Thoughts?

I had a problem like this. Pull the HVAC controls and listen to the switch. Mine was leaking vacuum internally in the switch

Problem Solved. Ended up the plastic lever connecting the vacuum actuator was broken and had fallen off the door shaft.
