Default 3.9L power

Hey guys/girls I'm new to the forum and was wondering if anyone else has a 2nd gen with the 3.9 liter v6? If so does anyone have any opinions on power increase, not looking for a drag truck and I do understand most will say to jump to a V8 but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I'd be grateful for any imput or advice. Thank you in advance

V8 throttle body swap, Cai, move the iat sensor closer to the air filter (may have to add wire) lower temp t-stat. Headers if you wanna spend the money, and a tuner. You could get 1.7 ratio rockers for a 5.2 but I'm not sure the intake runners would let the engine breath so they are prolly a waste of money. You could have the block over bored, but again the intake runners and heads need to ported. Just compared the v6 and V8 t-body's side by side and see what I mean.

Look in the FAQ's section. Years and years worth of valuable info.
