Default Factory Radio and Amp Hookup

I have a completely stock 2001 quad cab 24v. I have the factory radio in there and I would rather not change it out and possibly have to cut the dash, BUT I want to put all new door speakers, subs, and obviously and amp in it. Is it possible to hook an amp up to the stock radio?

There already is an amp for the front speakers..... Not sure where they moved it to though. Used to be ON the speakers, but, I think that changed. Really need to look at the wiring diagrams for your stereo system, and see what ya got. You can download the factory service manual from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.
