IOD fuse
I just recently installed some tow mirrors on my 01, mirrors, dome light and radio stopped working, turns out the IOD fuse was blown, put a new one in and within a few seconds later it blew, I'm not very mechanical inclined so I'm not very sure what it could be, any advice would help
yes, sorry should've been more specific, but i put the fuse in while it was plugged in (driver side) adjusted the passenger side and it worked fine, then when i tried to move the driver side the fuse popped, I'm gonna check and see if the wire is pinched and see if thats the issue
it was just "plug n play" plugged into the harness in the door
yea because like i said I'm not very mechanical inclined and i dont wanna spend potentially 100s of dollars to fix it lol

Should be fairly straightforward. My guess is, the *goof* will be easy to spot. Just look where the wires have the opportunity to short against something metal...... Also, might try moving that mirror with the mirror unplugged. That will tell you which side of the harness the problem is on. If it doesn't blow with it unplugged, then, it will be in the mirror pigtail.
