performance heads
actually, there is... you can get the vortech heads for a chevy v8 for around $650... those are supposed to give 40 hp right out of the box. not sure how accurate that is but that's what i've heard from a chevy motorhead friend of mine.
I was looking on the internet the other day and came across these they are heads for a 5.2 and a 5.9. They say they flow more than the RT heads whether it does i cannot tell you but i really want a set. If you have a chance take a look around there website they have stroker kits shortblocks camshafts intakes con rods roller rockers and all the good stuff to make you truck go fast as hell

Another advantage of Edelbrocks is they weigh about 54lbs less than an RT head
My buddy currently has a set of those Hughes RT 2.02s with stageII porting. He also has the KRC 236 cam in a balanced blueprinted 408. Truck dynoed 401 to the wheels naturally aspirated. (those are his dyno #s below KRC236cam) I traded him a new set of Mopar alum heads for a new set of Edelbrocks he had. Hes going with 2.08 valves and beehive springs with a stageIII port, decked and matched. My Edelbrocks are getting a stage II port with more concentration on the exhaust side to help the blower plus getting decked and gasket matched also. Another buddy is getting his Hughes heads for his 349ci/5.7L (stroked 318).
All 3 of us are also getting the Hughes 4bolt mains with girdle to beef up our blocks (R3 blocks a bit pricey)
