Default Upper fuel line plate location?

I'm installing a new fuel line on my 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with a 5.9 gas motor. The fuel line I'm replacing goes from the injector rail down to the metal fuel line on the driver's side frame rail. The new fuel line comes with a metal plate that has two bolt holes in it and two clips to hold the metal/curved portion of the new fuel line in-place. My question is where does this plate get mounted and what size bolts (thread type and bolt length) are used with the plate? Does it mount to the back of the block or head on the driver's side or somewhere else?

Look at the old line, if it's still there... see what it looks like.

Is there a pic of it in the service manual??

I am pretty sure it bolts to the frame because mine isn't bolted to the head or block

I looked for it in the 1996 service manual and found nothing. That prompted this post. I'll also check the parts manual for clues. The old line had the clips from the plate rusted onto it, but the plate was not with it. It seems that the plate might bolt to the back of the head or block, as the way the metal portion of the line bends, it appears to be in that area.

I was hoping that someone on the forum might have had some experiences with it.

I checked the parts manual and didn't see anything. Neither my 01, 96, or 02 have a plate

Not sure about gassers, but on a diesel the metal lines are mounted under the bellhousing bolts.

Thanks for the replies. I'll check closer and see where the metal bends are that connect to the plate and try to figure out where this plate may bolt up. It's hard to see behind the motor, but I'll work with it some more shortly.
