Default Slightly damaged pinion

Hey all, with the Cummins build under way I’m tight on funds to fix my daily driver. The rear axle blew up, broke a spider gear, dropped another one whole and shatter the retainer and cracked the main pin in half. Spectacular explosion and noise, damn near pooped myself lmao. Anyways I have one small small piece of pinion gear tooth broken off just at the tip. Can I order spider gears and the main pin and run it for a while till I can get a new axle? I know it’s not smart but I just don’t have the 300-500 bucks right now.

At the tip you should be fine, If the tooth was missing in the middle where the gears mesh that could be a problem.
