Gonna need some more info than that.... Does it do it sitting still? Or only while in gear? Only while moving??

It is when I am on the gas and does not have to be in gear

When's the last time it had a tuneup? Any codes?

I just had the spark plugs put in new brakes and lines on the front with new u joints in the front axle. I do have a p0455 code but that was on long before I got the vibration and rough idle sometime I will hear the belt . When the truck is idleing has a funny sound like a thumping noise
