Default A knock

I have a 2001 24v 6-speed 3500 2wd.
The other morning i started it as usual, crunk right up and after a couple minutes of idling it started making this knocking noise. Note this is my first second gen. Before this was a 3rd and 4th gen and the fella i got this from kept it at bare minimum to run logs so I’m sure it’s nothing cheap to fix in the near future
