99 dodge ram 1500 360 auto transmission. When I put the key in the ignition the door chime comes on, when I turn the key to the on position nothing happens and the chime disappears. I get nothing from the cluster and truck will not crank or anything. Replaced the ignition switch I know its good. Battery is good, hooked up jumper cables with no change. When key is on all fuses have power, all relays seem to be good. Pcm was replaced about 8 months ago and should be good. Could the Pcm be my issue or could the cluster be bad? Any help is appreciated!

 

You have a bad connection somewhere, or a blown fuse in the PDC. Check your batter connections first.
