cranks & fuel gauge false empty
97 RAM 1500 club cab, cranks but won't start & fuel gauge falsely says empty, no prior warning, I read about a ground wire,TSB and PCM but could you explain more about where they are and what to do? Thank You for this Great site with such Helpful and Knowledgable people!

Gonna move this to the 2nd gen ram tech section for ya. 
First thing is, find out what's missing, are you getting spark? Does the fuel pump run? Do you have fuel pressure? Take it from there.
