Default Transmission 1994 2500 v10 47rh

Hiya guys and gals it's me again.Just a quick question I'm changing the granny fluid in a few days because I have a stuffed between 1and 2 gear and i have to let completely off the gas to shift into the rest of the gears what else should no replace to fix this problem? Thanks for all the help and knowledge

First three gears in your trans are purely hydraulically controlled. Make sure fluid is up to snuff, and TV cable is adjusted, and operating properly. If you still have the issue..... might be getting on toward rebuild time.

Try the fluid/filter change, and adjust the bands. See if it doesn't help. Cheaper than a rebuild. What's in the pan may tell the tale.
