I jacked the truck up on jack stands and sure enough I didn't even have to take the wheel off to know my rotors and pads are shot. the drivers side is really bad when you spin the wheel.

is it normal for the front axle to spin a little when checking the u joints ? the joints look fine and don't make any noise when I move them but the axles moves a little. ill probably replace those when I do my whole front end rebuild.

im getting the power stop z36 kit for my truck and I might even get the caliper upgrade when I do my rear brakes too.

that noise I heard had to be the wear indicator. I seriously couldn't tell if it was the rear end or a belt or what lol.
