I will, we are having severe thunderstorms now so it might have to wait until tomorrow. I will report back, hopefully, this will fix the issue.
Thanks.

Okay, replaced kinked line bled system twice about 28 oz of fluid still no codes on the scanner but still get brake light and abs light on. I start up the truck all lights go out I press and hold the brake pedal and about 4 seconds later lights come on while pressing on the brake pedal. not sure if it could be the brake pressure switch or proportion valve. any ideas?

Update: I went back at it and took a Ford model T tool (ball peen Hammer) and tapped on the Proportion valve and ABS unit. held the brake pedal down and took it for a spin and no more lights!! I guess it rattled something back in place.
thanks for all the help.

My 99 had a similar issue, ABS and brake lights on, replaced the proportioning valve with a junk yard piece and it was all good. Hope your lights stay off.
