Hi everyone, my 2000 will start right up and runs perfectly but when I shut it off it will not restart unless I have the pedal all the way to the floor and then when it does it runs very rough and will die. I'll leave it overnight and it'll start right up again.

There is also a loud hissing sound when I accelerate.

I've replaced the fuel pump, battery and it recently had a tune up.

Any suggestions ?
