Horn fuse blowing...help with source of problem?

have you tried unplugging both horns and seeing if the fuse still blows? that would likely be the simplest way to tell if there is a short or you have a horn that has gone bad. fuse still pops you got a short. if it don't pop then 1 of the horns is likely pulling more power than it should or could have a short in the magnet windings.
