Back drivers side of engine. Any Idea what this goes to? Please help!

It's a vacuum line with a check valve.

Assuming you have 4x4, and that green line goes down behind the engine? If so, that line goes to vacuum switch on top of the t-case. And no, pictured end doesn't connect to anything at the engine bay.

Umm, I have the same truck and there's no vacuum check valve to the drive system. Only check valves are on the passenger side and control the vents. And they have to be connected at both ends to actually work as designed. Dodge would never leave a vacuum line exposed.

It's the transfer case breather

Well, my truck is completely different. My breather is up on top of the transmission.

And this is how the vent and t-case breather are located on my '95 diesel. Rather low, I need to relocate them as high as those lines allow.
