97's didnt have the digital odometer huh.. i praise dodge for doing it on the newer models...its a godsend see what there scantool says then postback... check the wiring too ..crawl underneat and make sure that the wires havnt become frayed on anything .. also make sure they are plugged in well.. highley doubt that they would become unplugged...them plugs are pretty stout.. but its a good thing to check anyway..
