Does anyone know if you can use a jeep track bar on a 01 ram sport?

 

Short answer, no.

Even if its adjustable the reason I ask is a adjustable track bar for jeep is half the price of one for the ram and since my truck has a dana 44 front I thought it might work

 

Earlier I gave you the short answer. Here's the longer one; firstly, (and I'm comparing ZJ bar to Dodge) it's roughly 8" shorter, secondly the ball joint at the frame end is roughly half the size of the Dodge ball joint, thirdly it's in a wrong angle. Not to mention bolt size at the axle end. So yeah, now you know why the Jeep bar is half the price.
