Fuel or spark. Is the pump working?

Pump was replaced two months ago. Doesn't look like spark

What brand pump? Probably wouldn't hurt to verify fuel pressure, and if you are getting spark or not.

You most likely have moisture in there somewhere that needs dried out. You could have also shorted something by spraying the engine.

Could be moisture but it could also be a wire left off. (Don't ask me how I know this.)

When you replace the chain assembly, be sure to use the updated tensioner. Also, I always drop the pan when I do a chain and this would be a good time to go with a high volume (NOT high pressure) oil pump. I'll bet your engine has between 120,000 and 150,000 miles, if not more. The high volume pump will compensate for a bit of wear on the bearings making for a happy engine.

How in the world did the chain break?!!? It's a chain for crying out loud. That means something was probably interfered and your problems are just beginning. Valves in pistons, etc.

I replaced mine at 200k for preventative maintenance and it was barely loose. In fact, the new one had the same slack! And there's no tensioner on the magnums. That's an old LA thing or something. Just slap it on aligning the marks properly and off you go. But it's not a small job.

Chains can break. Not often, but they do. The Magnums do use a tensioner. I put a chain in a '94 3.9 and the dealer got me an updated tensioner. Smoothed that puppy right out. I suspect the OP had a chain jump a tooth. That can get it far enough out of time to not start. I don't think the first generation Magnums are interference engines. I know the second gen ones are.
