Default 99’ Ram 3500 v10

I just got a ram v10 that been sitting a while. Fresh plugs and fuel and she won’t start. Where do I begin? The fuel filter? Fuse? Pump? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Air, fuel, spark. Do you have spark at the plugs?
Is the fuel pump running when the key is first turned on? Check fuel pressure if the pump is running. Make sure it isn't out of gas (seen that before). Wouldn't hurt to check fuses, easy and cheap. Maybe heyyou will chime in, he has a v10 I think and knows more about them.

Start with this. What's missing, that it won't run.
