Default Transmission trouble

I've had my transmission out twice now.... Took it to a transmission shop and had it checked.... It keeps blowing out the fluid from torque converter seal. Please help ?

Is the torque converter input shaft smooth, no dings or anything on it?

One possibility is that the converter hub is cracked.
