Default Windshield wipers don't respond to switch

So like the title says, my truck's windshield wipers dont respond to the switch. Also blows a fuse immediately when I replace it. Turn signal is on the same switch and work fine, so I'd hope it's not that switch. Anyone have ideas on what it could be?

It's a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500.

It could be the motor. Can you move the wipers by hand? I'd snag another switch from the bone yard and swap it in. If it starts working and not blowing fuses, you know it needs a new one. They aren't too bad to replace and you can get decent prices on Fleabay.

Unplug the wiper motor, then turn the wipers on. Does it still blow the fuse?
